As future brides, we have a lot of things going on - A LOT. Between finding the best place to get the freshest flowers, locating the perfect venue, and making sure your fiance is always (well, usually) in the loop, there's not a lot of time left over for a good workout. So, us ladies at the South East Wedding Guide have teamed up with Jacksonville-based personal trainer, Dustin Swinney, to bring our beautiful brides an exercise routine that will literally take less than an hour. Dustin has picked out some awesome moves that target our most picked-on areas. Hey, looking great in your gown is important, and so is your health! So have fun with it, and let us know how the workout worked for you! And look out for our workouts every week.

Remember, choose weights that you are comfortable with! And don't forget to warm up for five minutes, and cool down for five minutes!
